If you get a Sign In Failed message when trying to log into the Portal, it is possible that you forgot your password. To reset your password, click Forgot Password.

Type in the email associated with your account and click Send Password Reset Email.

You should then receive an email with a link to reset the password. Click this link.

The link opens a page that will prompt you to reset your password. Be sure to follow the guidelines when creating a new password.

Once you have entered your new password, click Reset Password.

A pop-up will appear letting you know that your password was successfully changed. In the upper right corner, click the Account button. The Portal has already logged you on using your new credentials and you should be able to navigate the Portal.
