SDL Portal - How to Verify your Account (Public Guide)

  1. Check your email for a verification link from the SDL Portal. If you have one, click the link.

  2. If you have not verified your account, this error message will appear when you try to sign in.

  3. To get another verification link emailed to you, click the here link within the pop-up error message.

  4. Type in the email used for the account and click Send Verification Email.

  5. Check your email, and click the link to verify.

  6. If a town also requires phone verification, the account page will appear after the email is verified. In the upper right under Account Status there will be an indicator showing whether the account is verified.

  7. Click Verify to continue verifying your account.

  8. Review the message and then click the Verify my account button to proceed.

  9. Enter your phone number and click Send Code.

  10. Enter the code that was texted to you and click Verify Code

  11. A confirmation screen will pop-up. Click Done to continue.

  12. Now the account will show that it is verified.
