Public Users - What you can see on the SDL Help Center

As a public user, you do not need to sign in or create an account to use the SDL Help Center. You will be able to access all of the resources available to you in the Guides section.

The guides were designed to provide quick how-tos for common questions such as logging in, submitting web requests and accessing information on the SDL Portal and SDL Citizen platforms. For any town-specific questions, please reach out to your town directly.
