We have added a new option to use your browser for viewing and downloading attachments in the Hosted desktop environment.  We have found that this new system is dramatically faster than using the Parallels connection.  Images and PDFs can be displayed with the preview button.  Many other types like .heic, .msg,  .eml, mdb, will still have to be downloaded as you do currently.  The download process is much smoother using this new option, as it will use the browser to directly download to your Downloads folder.  Users will need to be logged into their SDL Portal account for this to work.
