A recent update includes an option to add email addresses to a code Certificate type. When you issue a new certificate an email will be sent with basic certificate type and location information. This is meant for Municipality Internal notifications, ie let construction know a certificate was issued

Email is sent on the Issue button click. No prompt is given, the email is just sent when an email address exists on the Certificate type.

A general review will occur on when to decide if the email should be sent on approval date, or report print but the issue click made the most sense to start
