Plan Review Letter Signatures

This update includes an option to show the digital signature on a Plan review letter.  This signature will be based on the Signature associated with the Inspector account of the selected Subcode official.  If the Subcode Official has a signature it will be added to the letter and allow you a check box to show or not show the letter on the Printed report.  If its an already created letter, or you need to update the signature, you can double click the Show Signature label to add the current subcodes signature.  If you do not want to use the signature you can uncheck the Show Signature check box.
